These terms and conditions apply to MPQ Plastics website information, Online Orders, Wholesale Orders, OEM Orders, Trade Accounts, Online Trade Accounts, Credit Accounts.
1.0 Company Information.

1.1 MPQ Plastics makes no guarantee to the accuracy of the content on this web site. All content on this website to our best knowledge is true and accurate; however may change at any time without notice.
1.2 MPQ Plastics its employees, directors, associates, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, partners take no responsibility to the outcome of you (the user) to the use of the products and information supplied and or purchased from this website and our company.
1.3 Purchases made from our website (www.mpqplastics.com.au) or over the phone, fax, email or in person include return policy and warranty as per your customer / supply / credit agreement. Returns must be made within 7 days after delivery, and notify us by email or phone call that you wish to make a return on a product.
– Freight on returned products is to be paid for by the customer.
– Products are sold as is. Returns will not be accepted if the customer simply changes their mind.
– faulty products will be exchanged free of charge or be provided with a supply credit. Faulty products are to be returned and notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Freight on faulty products is to be paid for by the customer, but issued a credit once the faulty goods have been inspected and confirmed to the customers claims.
1.4 MPQ Plastics online store only supplies products listed on our website, we do not offer installation advice or services. Custom products, profiles, machined components, extruded profiles are available upon request to suit your customer requirements.
1.5 MPQ Plastic Boat Trailer Parts are specifically designed for aluminium boats hulls. Use on fiberglass hulls are the responsibility of the purchaser.
1.6 MPQ Plastics boat rollers, skids, bunks and bunk cover products may be used on fiberglass boats, how ever it is recommended that the customer fully understands the risks that these products may cause. If you do not install the products correctly damage may occur.
1.6a Bumper cover / Bunk cover profile sizes are measured using internal dimension from the smallest possible point. All sizes shown are approximates only as we must allow for slight variance in different operating conditions which allow for the expansion and retraction of the plastic used. All sizes listed are correct at time of listing but may change without warning.
1.6b In extreme hot weather, it is natural for longer length plastic profiles (Bunks, skids, bunk / bumper cover) to want to flex. This is normal. If this is a concern; adding an extra bracket to the center of your plastic profile for extra support will help keep the profile straight in hot weather. When the weather cools, the plastic should retract.
1.7 MPQ Plastics machined components. Stock, OEM & custom machined products are sold as is or as is per customers drawings. MPQ Plastics does not provide advice or installation information on any machined products. It is up to the customer to seek his or her own information on whether the purchased plastic components are suitable for their use. We accept no responsibility for any damage that may occur from the use of any machined components.
1.8 MPQ Plastics sources its raw materials and plastics from numerous distributors and manufacturers which may be located around the world.
1.8a MPQ Plastics, Its employees, directors, associates, partners or anyone directly related to Magna-Plas (Qld) Pty Ltd can not be held responsible for damage to your person, property, or possessions relating from your use or your customers use with products purchased from MPQ Plastics. It is the buyers full responsibility to seek the appropriate installation advice before installing any product purchased onto there car, trailer, boat or other personal, industrial or commercial equipment or property.
2.0 Payments & Shipping Information.
2.1 MPQ Plastics accepts payments for goods via credit card, Pay-Pal or EFT Bank Deposit. Customer trade / wholesale accounts available.
2.2 Payment must be made in full before any goods are dispatched to the customer unless otherwise agreed upon before hand. Trade accounts include a 7 day, 30 day or 30 day End Of Month payment agreements. Account varies by customer agreement.
2.3 Security & Credit Card Processing: All credit card payments are processed by our payment processors using 256bit SSL encryption technologies. Our payment processors security features are constantly monitored and upgraded to prevent fraud.
2.4 Pickup of orders is available as an option to customers local to MPQ Plastics. All other orders will be shipped using the best available method by our freight companies.
2.5 Customers may opt to use their own courier companies for any order.
2.6 256 Bit Encryption SSL – Our website employs the latest security measures to ensure that your personal data (name, address, credit card number) are all secure in the transmission to our website. This encompasses a 256 bit SSL encrypted connection on all payment pages on this website. The SSL Certificate is verified and backed by WP Engines SSL suppliers. World leaders in internet security and services.
We do not store or keep any record of credit numbers, either online or offline. In fact no one in our company ever see’s the actual credit card number as the transaction you perform on this website which is instantaneous, once complete the number is discarded by our system automatically, without human eyes seeing it. Customers do have the option to store their credit card information in their online account. This data is only accessible to the customer.
Any payment made via credit card processed over the phone or in person may be subject to include a 1.5% surcharge. All credit card information will be deleted and destroyed after your payment has been processed unless otherwise agreed upon for future payments to your account.
Any order cancelled by the customer, a refund will be provided back to the method of payment used. If a refund is to occur, the amount refunded will be the total minus the merchants processing fee.

Trade Accounts | Online Trade Accounts | Credit Accounts.
1.0 Customers may apply for a trade account with MPQ Plastics at any time.
2.0 Only customers with an ABN may register for a trade account. MPQ Plastics supplies only business customers or trade customers with our products.
2.1 Retail and general public customers may contact us to inquire about our distributor partners for products of interest.
3.0 Customers who are approved for a trade account to purchase products online will be allocated a pricing category based on their average rolling spend.
3.0.1 MPQ Pricing structure and discounts are applied based on customers average spend. Your prices may be adjusted pending on your companies average spend with us.
3.1 Customers are able to move up pricing tiers based on a rolling average of spend. If you move up in tiers, we will notify you of your new pricing discount structure.
4.0 All new trade accounts will have additional trade terms & conditions to agree to before any purchase can be made.
4.1 Existing customers on existing trade accounts / credit accounts will have their information transferred to their online account once you have signed up for online access.
4.2 New customers will be required to manually apply for a trade account online.
4.3 New customers will be required to apply for a credit account which is separate from a online trade account. Credit accounts generally offer 30 days or 30 days EOM payment terms. Credit applications will be sent to new customers shortly after initial sign up for a trade account.
4.4 Customers who are not on a credit account must pay for orders before goods are dispatched or picked up. Payment options include; Credit card, paypal, EFT. Some methods may attract a transaction fee of 1.5%.
4.5 Use of Images: Customers on trade accounts are free to use any image from our website for their own companies branding and marketing.
4.6 Some customer pricing tiers require minimum order quantities of products. you will be alerted at checkout if an item does not meet MOQ to proceed with your order.
4.6a MPQ Plastics reviews its product pricing yearly. All changes to MPQ product pricing will be updated online at https://mpqplastics.com.au
4.7 From time to time, we may offer special offers or discounts on products. You can view these offers in Your Account via https://mpqplastics.com.au
4.8 All online orders will be followed up with a confirmation email / phone call to confirm your order details.
4.9 All online orders do not include any freight charges. Freight charges and details will be provided on your official invoice which will be emailed to you once your order is ready for dispatch.
5.0 All online orders will create a system generated Purchase Order number. For customers who wish to apply a custom PO number, please input this number into the relevant field at checkout.

If no credit card was used, we may seek the service of third party debt collection agencies to recoup any losses that may arise.
Possible Changes in Policies – We reserve the right to modify or amend policies at any time by posting the revised privacy policy on our site. The changes will only affect the information we collect after the effective date of the change to our privacy policy unless we clearly express otherwise.
